You request webmaster support through a help ticket in your account. Describe as clearly as possible what the problem is or what you would like us to do. We reply within 2 hours — often sooner.

Once we receive your ticket, our team reviews the request and gives an estimate of the time needed. We charge €39.95 excl. VAT per half hour, or part thereof.

Log in to your account and create a help ticket. Describe the problem as fully as possible: what is not working, when did it start and what have you already tried?

We review your request

Our team reviews the request and gives an estimate of the time and costs involved. In urgent situations we respond as quickly as possible.

We solve it

Once you approve, we get to work. You are kept informed of the progress via the ticket system and receive a notification when everything has been resolved.

Standard service is already part of your plan

A lot of technical help is already included in your hosting or email plan. Webmaster support is meant for things that fall outside that standard service.

What does webmaster support cost?
Webmaster support costs €39.95 excluding VAT per half hour, or part thereof. There are no subscription fees or fixed monthly charges — you only pay for the time actually spent on your request.
How quickly will I get a reply?
After you submit a ticket, we reply within 2 hours. We are often quicker than that. In urgent situations such as a hacked website or a complete outage, make this clear in the ticket so we can give it priority.
How do I request webmaster support?
Log in to your Domein Direct account and create a help ticket. Describe as fully as possible what the problem is or what you would like us to do. After we receive it, our team reviews the request and gets back to you.
Is software installation always paid?
No. Software available in our app store is installed free of charge. Think of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop and more than 100 other applications. Only installations outside the app store or more complex configurations fall under webmaster support.
My website has been hacked. What should I do?
Create a help ticket right away and state that your website has been hacked. We respond as quickly as possible. We can restore the website, remove malware and tighten security to prevent new attacks.
Is my question covered by the free service or by webmaster support?
Not sure? Just ask via a ticket. We will check whether it falls under the standard service or whether webmaster support is needed. We always inform you about any costs in advance.
